Description
The Dromiskin high cross is found in Co. Louth. Only the head of the 10th century granite cross remains mounted on a modern granite base and shaft. The east face of the cross shows a hunting scene on one arm and a horse carrying a headless torso lead by a man bearing the head on the other, believed to be David and Goliath.
